back to today.

Today i had mc from work, but i didnt wanna waste my life so i quickly arranged a tuition session with my student.
right after tuition, he was nice to give me CNY GOODIE! SO ITS MY LUNCH! THE ENTIRE TIN OF CHOCOLATE!
and then rush to the doctor’s to check my fall again.

his diagnosis was that my blood pressure was abnormally low again, like those of patients that require t be bedridden. okay la, 70 plus only what. then he cont saying i am v stressed inside but he just thinks that im fake cause im smiling and full of loud laughters on the outside. he convinced my mom to not let me use exercising as a stress reliever, rather, use dancing or other happy things. hello? impossible. but he did make a few relevant points such as i cant breathe easily esp in crowded places due to low oxygen level. ( like the cramped dental clinic) and one major reason why i love exercising so much is cause it makes me feel energized since my blood pressure will rise. however, he says it is more damaging than beneficial for me cause im not eating right and malnutritioned. if i thin, i malnourished still okay. but im like a lump of cheeseballs.
but im not on a starvation diet leh. i snack on alot of carbo and chocolates leh!!!

in anycase, im really happy for the holidays. and i think this fainting episode is just what everybody has to go through at least once in their lives. and im still gna exercise today:D and im still gna go out for movies!

then went t vball w my brother. feeling damn fainty. omg i cant breathe so i come up to spam sweet drinks and rice.

monday was a hectic day in itself.
supposed t work at bdk denticare then rush off slightly earlier to UBI for driving lessons.
i prepared the curry n bee hoon and cake beforehand.
then i lied to zach ar and his sis that im sppose to fly off to taiwan on 1ST, so they can join me for dinner at changi airport.
tzr was kind to meet me at cdc centre/ubi to fetch me to changi airport (lie).
then last min i told th cab uncle t go t my place instead cause i forgot to pack something into my luggage.
then aftwards i was like kancheong spider messaging th s30 guys to surprise him w the cake at the bbq pit but in the end they just dumped him into the swimming pool. haha last day of relief teaching for tzr ended with a splash.

7th feb wasnt a rly happy day for me t begin with.
was down with swollen eyes again but was determined not to be a pangseh-er.
and so i left home as usual with my hair dripping wet and as i rushed to take out my condo card and reply my endless messages, i heard one kind of an irritating whistle.
and tadah the birthday boy is The Cool, sit on my bbq pit table with a spread of my favourite food!

Well today i had mc from work at parkway parade’s branch.
cause i very well blackedout/fainted.
supposedly, i fell real hard and loud on my head, but i was unconscious before i fell from a standing position so i cldn rmbr anything after.
do you actually know how cramped up a dentist’s working place is? especially after all the equipments have secured their territories, and aft the containment of 4 human beings? my point here is that, i had 99% chance of hitting the edge of any cupboards or the dental chair n equipments but apparently i fell down this small aisle, just sufficient for a fat person like me, without banging into any obstructions.
well, yes, my right skull, right arm and right hip bone suffered bruises but its definitely better than falling right smack on the face with the concomittant loss of a few front teeth and maybe also some damage on the face to top it up if i slice through any edge or vibrating scalers.
Im thankful for it, together with my more than friendly colleagues and also the patient. Instead of freaking out together with me, she’s still joking about how scary i looked with both my eyes wide open and white-flushed face.
can u imagine some kind of noob DA that faints in the middle of your dental treatment?

fact is, i thought i was sleeping and when i was conscious i thought i was late for work when i regained consciousness!
but i just couldnt muster the energy to speak when i start to realise the situation.
i totally lost control of my own body and at that very instant, i experienced the fragility of life.
cliche, but sadly, not all can uds its real meaning.

a cauldron of factors could have explained it.
but im not mentioning them for i need no sympathy points.
summary is, im drained of BLOOD,EMOTIONS,ENERGY AND TEARS.
probably this is rock bottom. and theres no other way now but to get better! so thats some sunnyside news:D

and yes, im against injections. personal phobia. something piercing through my vulnerable body and the spurting out of fresh red blood which smells like the deadliest metal, iron.
i admitted i cried quite badly when my mom insisted a blood test. and the very patient doctor did his best to minimize the pain but failed cause apparently he said my veins are rly vry small.
but I DIDNT KNOW HE WILL POKE THE OTHER HAND AS WELL. AHHHHHHHHHHH
so well, two plastered arms and a sulky teen :/

Hello readers,
Im finally free to blog! life has been a rush ever since full emancipation from academia set in.
I LOST MY NEW BLOG’S username and password! >:( so im back. red carpet pls!:D

these few months…

Life was filled with a myraid of sports! soccer, badminton, swimming (comes with redundant tanning), volleyball, basketball, running and hiking!
ALSO, its voluntary work every week for th past few months (ok 2)! Giving english, math, science tuition t slightly challenging p6 kids, and also mentoring needy kids, teaching EL, and shopkeeping for simei care centre, and programme coordinating for YC.
Then, its the crazy movie spree with randall, dj, and tzr etc.
There are birthday celebrations and sambal party during the weekends too:D
BBQs, birthday presents, and awesome time out!
Supper at simpang too!:D
AND FREE TESTING OF FOOD AT EXPOO
AND theres baking at my place! divine and enticing black and white CHEESECAKE, with crunchy crust and melting cheese aroma! also, theres the making of my chicken wrap which was succulent and savory on first try!

im shocked.

and partially out of boredom.

I Saw
i saw the relentless backswing of his arms
while his silhouette narrowed and lengthened.
rather than habitual piqued angst,
a cauldron of loss, shock, trepidation brewed.

In the same naive bubble that envelops the notion of ‘happily ever after’, resides the cliche motto of liverpool, ‘ you’ll nvr walk alone’.
well, together, these perished as unforgiveable arrows of rejection and welldeserved guilt penetrated this vulnerable entity.

I saw judgements in dozen pair of eyes
and the stench of accusations in the momentarily frozen air was inescapable.
unforgettable.

then,
I felt ms independent squeezing
the burdensome, suffocating lady out
of the narrow pedestal in my heart.

As i witnesed the rising of the rational Me,
the hollow nauseating feeling churned on without mercy,

A few hrs has passed
akin to a silly kid waiting for santa to arrive thru the chimney on cmas eve
i hoped for dilution of negativityand hurt.

Meanwhile, i saw love and joy splashing in many shades of red
and laughter in a solid yellow shade.
none of these colours were from my dried and stained palette,
none of these i truly felt.

I fought off thoughts of sweet revenge,
melodramatic hurtful responses
and mostly tears.

I saw myself sigh, at the realisation,
that time never crawled any slower when insomnia creeped in.
this insomnia was summoned by incessant whispers of indignation,
and (ironically) concomittant condemnation of my very unfair self.

by then,
there was no hatred.
and the lioness of angst was tamed.

whats left, [ yes typically]
was a mind of escapism.
if granted, i shall see no more of such from both.
